1. The Role of a Fireline Leader
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Model spiritual integrity and vulnerability.
Facilitate weekly small group (Shot Crew) gatherings.
Check in weekly with the men in your group.
Encourage, challenge, and pray for your brothers.
Identify and raise up future leaders.
Your Influence Matters: You don’t have to be perfect. You just need to be faithful, present, and willing to grow alongside your group.

2. Leading a Shot Crew (Small Group)
Keys to Leading Well:
Set the tone for honesty and safety.
Lead with vulnerability. Share first.
Ask open-ended questions.
Redirect unhelpful or dominating behavior with grace.
Sample Discussion Questions:
Where are you seeing God move?
What’s one challenge you're facing?
How can we pray for you?
End With Prayer: Keep it simple. Make space for others to pray aloud if they feel led.

3. Shepherding and Accountability
Spiritual Check-Ins: Ask your group regularly:
How is your time in the Word?
Are you walking in purity?
Are you loving your family well?
When Issues Come Up:
Listen before you speak.
Offer Scripture and prayer.
*Encourage counseling or pastoral help when needed.

4. Developing Future Leaders
Look For:
Faithful men who show up consistently.
Those who speak life and truth.
Men willing to grow in character.
Empower Them:
Let them lead prayer or share a devotional.
Invite them to leadership huddles.
Give them ownership over small tasks.

5. Leader Self-Care
You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Maintain your personal walk with God.
Find accountability for yourself.
Attend leadership huddles and retreats.
Rest well. Sabbath regularly.
